Mesopotamia Foundation aims to set up a university which has the following missions:
To use a multilingual,universal language primarily Kurdish
To be liberal,democratic, critical, creative, equal,questioning, participative and ethic
To have an ecological mission that uses natural and cultural wealth for the development of the region
To be open for the innovations and academic collaboration.To be a supporter of universal understanding of science
To improve Kurdish language and culture in all fields of life and make it used universally,in all scientific fields,education,research and publication.
